Welcome.
When I reflect on the work of therapy, I am reminded of the questions a psychiatrist and Buddhist asked himself: “What was getting in the way of my ability to be open, of my ability to communicate, of my presence in the here-and-now? What was stopping me from being myself?” (Mark Epstein in Going on Being). This is the approach I try to adopt with my clients and the questions we address as we work together.
I am a licensed psychologist in the state of Massachusetts and I provide therapy and psychological assessment to people across the life-span. I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, children, and families.
My areas of particular interest include: anxiety and depression, trauma and healing from traumatic experiences, relational concerns and conflict, gay/lesbian/bisexual issues, working with veterans and their families, stress management, grief, and psychological assessment.
Please explore this site to find out more about me and my approach to therapy and assessment. If you think I may match your needs, please contact me to ask any questions or set up an initial appointment.
